This Cookie Policy describes the full set of cookies and similar technologies used across the Traiq Tech ecosystem. It is important to distinguish two contexts. The public marketing website (the site you are reading now) currently sets only the essential consent cookie by default; any analytics, functional, or marketing cookies are loaded exclusively after you grant consent through the cookie banner or the Cookie Preference Center below.

Several cookies listed in the categories below — including authenticated session, tenant, and in-product support and analytics cookies — apply to the authenticated Traiq Tech platform, which is a separate application accessed by signed-in customers. They are not set by this marketing website. We list them here for transparency so that customers have a single, complete reference.

You can review and change your consent at any time using the Cookie Preference Center on this page. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant non-essential cookies from being set on subsequent visits.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites and applications you visit. They are widely used to make sites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide reporting information to site operators. Cookies set by us (Traiq Tech) are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by third-party service providers we use are called third-party cookies.

In addition to traditional cookies, we use similar tracking technologies including: local storage (browser-side key-value storage for application state); session storage (temporary in-session state); and web beacons or pixels (small image files used on our marketing website to measure email open rates and campaign performance). Collectively, we refer to all of these as 'cookies' in this Policy.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain features. Traiq Tech's platform requires essential cookies to function, and disabling them will prevent you from accessing the authenticated platform.

We use four categories of cookies: (1) Essential Cookies — required for the platform to operate; (2) Analytics Cookies — used with your consent to understand platform usage; (3) Functional Cookies — used with your consent to enhance your experience and remember preferences; and (4) Marketing Cookies — used with your consent on our public marketing website to measure campaign performance. These categories are detailed in the Cookie Preference Center below.

Cookies can also be classified by duration: Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Essential security cookies use session duration; preference and analytics cookies use persistent storage with defined expiry periods described in each category.

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the Services to operate. They include: session management tokens that maintain your authenticated state; security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF); tenant identification cookies that route you to your organization's environment; and consent record cookies that store your cookie preferences. These cookies are set as HttpOnly and Secure where applicable to prevent client-side script access.

Traiq Tech does not require consent for essential cookies as they are necessary for the legitimate purpose of providing a service you have requested. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while continuing to use the authenticated platform. Payment-related essential cookies (such as Stripe's fraud prevention tokens) are used solely for transaction security and do not track your activity across other websites.

With your consent, we use privacy-preserving analytics. On this public marketing website we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it sets no analytics cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not perform cross-site tracking. Within the authenticated platform, our analytics is designed around privacy-preserving tools such as Plausible Analytics — a GDPR-compliant option that does not use cross-site tracking, does not fingerprint users, and does not share data with advertising networks.

For enterprise dashboard features, we use Mixpanel with IP anonymization enabled to understand feature adoption across enterprise deployments. Mixpanel analytics data is aggregated at the organization level and is not used to build individual user profiles. Enterprise customers can opt their organization out of Mixpanel analytics collection via the Privacy settings in the admin console.

Analytics data is used exclusively to improve the platform — to identify underperforming workflows, prioritize feature development, detect error patterns, and optimize infrastructure capacity. It is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Functional cookies provide enhanced features and personalization. With your consent, these cookies allow the platform to remember your preferences — such as your preferred language, sidebar configuration, date format, and recently accessed records — so you don't have to reconfigure them on each visit. They also track product tour completion to ensure you see onboarding flows only when relevant.

We use Intercom for in-app support. Intercom sets cookies to maintain support chat context between sessions and to ensure smooth handoff between support agents. Enterprise customers on dedicated support plans may configure Traiq Tech's self-hosted support integration to eliminate Intercom cookies from their environment entirely.

You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Preference Center on this page. Changes take effect immediately. Note that withdrawing consent for certain cookie categories may affect platform functionality — specifically, disabling functional cookies will reset your UI preferences on each session, and disabling analytics cookies means we cannot learn from your usage patterns to improve the platform.

In addition to the Preference Center, you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Be aware that blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging into the Traiq Tech platform. For enterprise deployments, organization administrators can set organization-wide cookie consent defaults in the Privacy section of the admin console. End-user preferences override organization defaults where permitted by applicable law (e.g., GDPR requires individual consent and organization-level overrides of consent are not permissible for personal cookies).

Some cookies on our platform and marketing website are set by third-party providers. We only permit third-party cookies where we have a contractual relationship with the provider and have evaluated their privacy practices. Third-party providers with cookies used in the Traiq Tech ecosystem include: Stripe (payment security), Plausible Analytics, Mixpanel, Intercom, Google LLC (marketing website only), LinkedIn Corporation (marketing website only), and HubSpot (marketing website only).

Marketing cookies from Google, LinkedIn, and HubSpot are only active on the public marketing website (traiq-tech.com) and are never loaded within the authenticated enterprise platform. They are subject to your consent via the cookie banner on the marketing site. Enterprise platform users are not subject to marketing tracking cookies while working within the authenticated application.

Third-party providers may update their cookie practices independently. For detailed information about how specific third-party providers use data, we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies. Traiq Tech is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, but we review our third-party cookie inventory annually and remove or replace providers that do not meet our privacy standards.
