Short answers to the questions we’re asked most about the documentation itself.
No. Most of the documentation is public — user manuals, admin guides, implementation guides and checklists. A small number of advanced guides are for customers and open inside the platform.
Start from the documentation home and open the space for the Traiq product you run — Warehouse, Construction, Hospital, Education, HRMS or Enterprise Operations. You can also browse by your role.
We update guides as the products change, and each guide shows when it was last updated. If something looks out of step with what you see on screen, tell us and we’ll fix it.
Tell the team. The fastest route is the support inbox — a person reads every message and replies within 24 hours. Corrections to the docs go straight onto the list.
No. This documentation is for using and administering Traiq products — for business users, administrators, implementation and IT teams. It doesn’t include API or developer material.
A few advanced guides are written for customers who are already live and want to tune their setup. They’re marked with a lock and open inside the platform. Everything you need to evaluate, implement and run day-to-day is public.
Downloadable templates and worksheets are on the way — you’ll find them under Downloads. For now, the guides are read in the browser.
